Open Records

 

This is where you'll find any KYC-record that isn't completed yet. Apart from the company's name and the date on which the file was created, you can also find the customer reference number here, which you can assign to each client individually. Additionally, you can view the status you set, as well as the automatically calculated KYC- score.


As shown above, you can switch between "Company customers" and "Private customers", as well as all cases or just your own.
The right to view "All cases" is reserved to admins only, unless every user of your company is authorized to do so anyway.


By clicking on the search box you can search for companies directly. You can filter your search results by the status you set (left) and the number of results shown per page (right).
